OMG. So the halloween episode just messed things up.
WOW. The show is making it seem that Alison alive which means they might follow the books, however i have not read the books, i know the layout.
The twin theory remains and is now more supported by the series. (if Alison proves to be alive) Garett never killed Alison, the liars don't believe him but i do, he wouldn't get killed for nothing. He knew too much and thats why A didnt want him in jail. A knew he'd speak up if he was thrown in jail so he or she rather took care of him and made sure he shut up by killing him.
But if Garett didnt kill him, who did? Byron?
Aria's dad wouldn't have a motive, would he? Yes.
He was known to fool around with younger people, there has been theories of Alison fooling around with him, linking the book she read in the flashback, lolita. The story of a young woman loving an older guy. At first it could hint for Ezra and Aria but maybe not now. Byron and Alison may have had an affair, Alison was always so truthful and she always liked to cause trouble so that might've gotten her killed (or if she was really killed)
Byron would have a clear motive to kill Alison IF alison threatned to tell Aria about their relationship or tell Ella.
Why would she do that?
Because Alison was with Aria when she caught her dad cheating with Meredith. Alison doesnt like competition, so if she couldnt get rid of meredith without exposing herself, she could blackmail Byron.
The little "ghostgirl" as we should call her might be Alisons sister, she's the one who Alison talks about in the story on the last halloween episode. Where alison says two sister fight and one of them is locked up. Maybe Alison (or her twin sister, if there is one) didnt get locked up but got killed and Hannas mom saw her ghost.
The little girl could be her twin sister because she said her sister always told lies and liked to fight, alison did that.
But who was the hand at the end, If Alison is alive and her casket was on the train, she wouldnt be burried in her own backyard, she cant survive being under the ground for so long and it's be silly and ridiculous if she just burried herself there for halloween, why would she do that?
Could it be somebody else in the backyard, another nat member?
Now this is contradicting because on one hand she can be alive but on the other hand she can be dead and there's no clear answer. Some people believe she killed herself even.

Alison theory
This was found on the internet.
So, I have had this theory for a long time that Alison & her twin switched places on Halloween night. I don't know why I think that. It's just been in my head forever. But the radley car was in the front of the creepy house and this was before Mona went all 'crazy' obviously. Why else would it have been there? Because her sister escaped and they ended up swapping places, I think the real Ali is alive and her crazy sister is dead. She was like a different person after she pulled her prank...
Alison's story in Halloween special! This is symbolic. Both of the twins are having fun playing with the dolls(that obviously resemble each of the girls aria, spencer, emily and hanna). but when it comes to playing with the main, biggest, blonde doll, they fight. they are fighting over being Alison. Now i think that the twins were friends. they enjoyed fooling the girls and took turns being Ali. but one of them decided they wanted to be Alison all the time

Note: Just because the series are over doesnt mean ill stop bloging and now i will try to post as many different theories as possible of who has reasons to be a, who killed Maya if shes dead, is alison dead, does she have a twin and so on. Season finale thoughts
I knew the whole nate thing so there's not much to say about it really... A lot of the things in the episode explained themselves EXCEPT for the toby thing.
Now there's a few theories and things that i have the first one of maya being alive still remains, as does the Twin/cece theory of Alison.
However i really dont think or more so want to believe Toby is a part of the a team, i think either he just wanted to find things out on his own, which means inside information or he wanted to help the girls and warn them.
I dont think he would have any grudges against Alison or maya so why would he kill them? Only grudge i can see is that Alison knew about his relationship with Jenna, but would that be enough to turn toby into a dark killer? Only reason for him to kill Maya was if he was still in love with Emily which is far fetched because obviously he loves Spencer right now.

Clues and theories 3x11
I think that Nate isnt really Mayas cousin, i never recall her talking about him in the series and she would've right? He said she talked about Emily 24/7 and that she knew he was starting school there so wouldnt it be fair if emily knew about him as well? But she never mentioned him and if she did (and ive just forgotten it) she wasnt being very specific about him and telling her details.
I think Nate was mayas ex, she said that she was being stalked before by someone and i think Nate was her stalker ex boyfriend or whoever she said was stalking her. When he compares her speech with mayas i think Maya gave HIM that speech.
Alison knew Paige was gay, this puts things into perspective which means paige would hold grudges against Alison as well. Paige maybe knew about Emily being gay since Alison and Emily kissed OR because Alison sent that thing from Emilys computer.
Knowing this Paige might've been the one who posted those pictures of Maya and Emily together in season one, wanting to expose her little secret.

Clues 3x10
It seems like there's some kind of relationship that happened between Nate and Jenna before Mayas death, hmm i wonder how they knew each other, if they did through Maya, since she seemed to be friends with jenna too. Or if they knew each other without maya.
So what do you think about Ella's new "boyfriend" ? I think it's kind of weird how Ella found Ezra and Aria not okay but then she goes and date younger guys and stuff herself
Maya stayed at Noels place question is how they knew each other and how they met and why she would ever want revenge on the liars/ali. I mean she wasnt there when everything happened.
But why would Noel send something that would help Spencer, if he's involved in everything... I dont think someone is forcing him because he doesnt seen to be a victim or at least he doesnt act as one like Lucas did the first few episodes.

In the video it looks like Maya is looking for someone, either running away or actually searching for someone... The person who pulled Maya away maybe didnt kill her...

Clues/theories 3x09
First of all when the scene with hanna and Caleb are playing i noticed they played a song sung by Tyler. I thought that was kind of cool.
My theories are that Maya knew Noel because they both had a history at true north, that school Maya was sent to. They probably met way earlier than the whole alison thing happened and then somehow they got involved with the A team or something.
I would guess Maya got herself killed because she refused to do something to Emily or they killed her to hurt Emily or maybe it was all planned.
I think that the liars didnt know about Cece because she was trying to be like Alison and Alison eventually got tired of it or something, like the twin theory except they werent twins.
