This episode we found out a lot, a lot of clues came together and as many people had guessed Melissa was the black swan, she claimed that she'd been blackmailed (probably) by mona. But does that mean she isn't in the A team? I mean why would the A team blackmail one of their members, unless "Head A" told her too.
Melissa still has her motives to be on the A Team, revenge on her sister for ruining her life and she didnt like Alison either.
Jason is putting out a reward for anyone that has any clues about Alisons body... And in the end he writes a check, hm, could it be for a?
Jason was in the NAT Club but seeing since he cares so much about justice and his sisters murder would he be on the A team? Cause if so, wouldnt he know who took the body?

Another weird thing is, why does that cop visit Mona? They said it was because of Alisons case, but maybe he has something to do with A? He's been there since the very first season and even in the halloween episode, he must be involved someway or be important otherwise he wouldnt come back?
