SPOILERS!

Episode 11 will be named "Single fright female" which is inspired from the movie "Single white female" 1992 that is basically the same as "The roomate" for those who didnt see the old movie. Short summary a girl becomes obsessed with her roommate and ends up killing her.

This might be a hint to the future plot and in the books it's semi close to my theory about Alison except that it's Courtney who gets killed by Alison. In the books Courtney becomes so obsessed of Alison that Alison kills Courtney.
